My husband, the Original Cook, made these Leche Flan with whole eggs
(he did not separate the egg whites from the egg yolks). These were
steamed and when cooked, sugar was sprinkled on top. Instead of being
"blowtorched" (ala creme brulee) he placed it in the broiler to brown
it. Voila! Leche Flan with Browned Sugar Topping.
